Jill was wonderful, knowledgeable and didn't run from any obstacles. We weren't going to use a realtor, we were YouTube experts, but boy are we glad we did!! There are always complications, and we were totally clueless how to handle them but she was superb! Stood up for what we needed, constantly ensuring our comfort with the process. Most importantly, we needed certain conditions from the seller and she got everyone of them. We're a young family and didn't have unlimited resources, but she listened and lead us into a place perfect for us. Note: she did NOT push any properties on us in any way.
